Best celebrities summer bodies.. (Part 3)

Wouchh.. let's check it out the most best celebrities bodies around the world. Let countdown 25 celebrities in this part 3.

25. Zac Efron

It’s easy for teen heartthrobs to get stuck playing the same role over and over. Maybe that’s one reason Zac Efron looked at his resume—three straight High School Musical flicks, not to mention the teen-friendly 17 Again—and decided it was time for a boot camp-inspired makeover.

“There’s something about me that’s always searching for the more challenging route, and the actors that I really admire are always picking things out of their comfort zones, trying to stretch to see where they can go,” he told us. “It just seems like the road less traveled.”

24. Dwayne Johnson

Johnson is one of those rare stars who switches between high-octane blockbusters (Doom, Fast Five) and family friendly flicks (Tooth Fairy, Race to Witch Mountain) without skipping a beat (or losing selling power) at the box office.

23. Ryan Gosling

Gosling’s abs may look photoshopped, as Emma Stone shrieked in the 2011 hit Crazy, Stupid Love, but there’s nothing fake about his transformation from lanky guy-next-door to ripped leading man. Gosling’s regimen, among other things, currently includes grueling two-hour Muay Thai MMA training sessions as the 31-year-old actor prepares for his role in Only God Forgives and The Gangster Squad.
To help him maintain his lean physique, Gosling’s trainers have also prescribed a traditional Thai diet of green vegetables, rice, and fish—and not, to our knowledge, any airbrushing.

22. Ashton Kutcher

When Kutcher’s high-profile marriage to Demi Moore ended late in 2011, nobody could’ve played him for laying low and hiding from the press. But while the story received top billing on gossip blogs, Kutcher retreated into his work, signing a lucrative deal to replace Charlie Sheen on the hit sitcom Two and a Half Men. He also found solace in the gym, where he’s managed to keep his lean physique in tact thanks to a workout regimen that includes running, Bikram yoga, and Krav Maga.

21. Stephen Moyer

Actor Stephen Moyer may star on True Blood as vampire Bill Compton, but he shares one thing in common with the average mortal. "I find that I don't [work out] if I don't have someone making me," he recently told us. As season five of the hit HBO series gets underway, the 42-year-old actor plans to spend much of his time on screen with his shirt off (although perhaps not as much as co-star Ryan Kwanten).

The thought of baring so much skin to millions of viewers was incentive enough to turn up the heat on his typical training gumbo: Push workouts, pull workouts, a little circuit training, some plyometrics and functional work, and a dash of sport-specific training. But his motivation extends beyond mere vanity. "I don't want my kids to look back on the show in 20 years time and go 'who's that slobby git'," says Moyer.

20. Michael Phelps

Take one look at Michael Phelps’ lean, sinewy physique, and you’d have no idea that the 14-time Olympic gold medalist reportedly eats up to 12,000 calories a day while in training mode. Breakfast alone could mean a five-egg omelet, three slices of French toast, and three chocolate chip pancakes. Those carbs supply the energy Phelps needs to rip through a workout plan that involves swimming up to 50 miles per week, and lifting weights three days. "Over the last few years, I've started lifting more and more.

More power cleans. More squatting. More free-weight squats," he told USA Today. While preparing for the 2012 London Olympics, Phelps also added a boxing routine to help firm up his core. "The only way to really get that is trying different exercises and keeping things more interesting and more exciting,” he said. “That's the only way you're going to get better."

19. Ryan Reynolds

While he started his career with goofball roles like National Lampoon’s Van Wilder, Ryan Reynolds didn’t allow himself to get pigeonholed as comic relief. Determined to become a legit action star, he packed on 20 pounds of muscle for the lead roles in movies like Blade: Trinity, The Green Lantern, and Safe House.

Reynolds, fittingly, refuses to stick to any one routine in the gym. “If you hate your workout, you’re not going to do it,” he told us. His other secret? A lean diet of eggs, oatmeal, grilled chicken, protein shakes, and occasional supplements. “I gained a lot more muscle mass when I went on creatine,” he says. “And I never do any of that carve-starve crap”.

18. Mark Wahlberg

Whether he’s acting, directing, or producing, Mark Wahlberg never gets too busy for the gym. Of course, it helps when the gym is conveniently located in the back of your house. The 40-year-old actor would often wake up long before he was due on set for The Fighter—which he also produced—to fit in a workout before a 14-hour day of shooting.

The results speak for themselves. "I'm not as good a trainer as I am a student," says Wahlberg, "but boxing really is the ultimate workout. I'm moving, I'm alert. And afterward, I feel amazing."

OK THAT'S ALL FOR THIS PART 3.. WE'LL CONTINUE ON NEXT UPDATES FOR PART 2.. STAY TUNED..
